Armstrong High School students are hosting the 5K Rescue Run and Walk benefitting Orphans of the Storm on Friday, May 22nd from 5 to 9pm.  There will also be a 2K Dash for kids ages 12 and under.  After the races, the party continues with competitive kickball, the tail-wagging “Strut Your Mutt” pet parade, awesome local crafters, paw-licking good food trucks, music, games and nonstop fun!  Bring your leashed pet with proof of vaccinations or fall in love with an adoptable flurry friend on site.  The event will be at Armstrong High School, 300 Buffington Drive in Kittanning.  For more information call Noah at 724-504-2661 or Jamie at 724-548-7600 extension 1947.
