Pennsylvania State Police continue to honor a trooper who was killed in the line of duty Sunday night. Authorities said Corporal Timothy O’Connor Junior was fatally shot in West Caln Township in Chester County, while walking to a vehicle he pulled over for erratic driving. The driver then exited the vehicle and turned the gun on himself. A memorial to Corporal O’Connor has been placed on the hood of a patrol car at the barracks where he was stationed.
