Thousands were without power throughout the state after severe weather hit most of the Commonwealth overnight. A Winter Weather Advisor was issued until 8:00 this morning due to cold temps, gusty winds, drifting and blowing snow. We could see an inch or two accumulation before its all done. PennDOT crews were out all night. Exercise caution as you travel, and remember, Spring arrives on Friday.
