Two people, an adult male and an adult female, were found dead following a house fire on the 100 block of Mulberger Lane in Spring Township on Saturday morning. Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers confirmed the female victim died of smoke inhalation, with DNA analysis pending for positive identification of both residents. An autopsy on the male is expected today. Reportedly, the house fire occurred Saturday morning around 9:00. Once the fire was brought under control, emergency personnel found the deceased inside the home. Their identifies have not yet been released. An investigation is underway.
