The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War will host The Last Civil War Veteran Program at Mount Union Cemetery Saturday, May 9th, Noon at the cemetery, Buckhorn Road in Summerhill.  There’ll be a dedication ceremony of a headstone for Silas Plummer, Sr. of Company C, 81st Pennsylvania.
