An 18-wheeler tipped over on the eastbound U.S. 22 exit ramp to State Route 764 North near Altoona yesterday afternoon, prompting a rapid response from emergency crews. Although a driver entrapment was initially feared, the driver escaped without injuries and all lane restrictions have since been lifted. An investigation continues.
