It’s another cold start this morning as another freeze warning is in effect until 9:00 a.m. The freeze warning covers Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Somerset, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, and Southern Lycoming Counties. The National Weather Service says frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Take steps to protect tender plants and vegetation from the cold. Unprotected early season plantings may freeze.
