Former Penn State professor Themis Matsoukas, has been sentenced to five to 20 months in jail, followed by 24 months of probation, for multiple criminal cases involving lewd acts with a dog, and trespassing. The sentence, handed down in Huntingdon County yesterday, stems from a 2023 incident in Rothrock State Forest, and subsequent discoveries of videos showing him performing lewd acts on private properties. As part of his sentencing, Matsoukas is banned from state parks and forests, and prohibited from owning animals.
