A 21-year-old homeless man was arrested Sunday after a State College resident found him taking a shower in their home, according to police. Israal Al-Sulaimani allegedly entered the residence via a second-story window using a ladder, consumed cupcakes, and was found in his underwear in the bathroom. He is charged with burglary, and criminal trespassing and is currently being held at the Centre County jail without bail. He is to face a preliminary hearing tomorrow.
