Jury selection has concluded for the trial of 69-year-old Gregory Mostoller, who is charged with the June 2023 murder of Hooversville man Clifton Earl Johnson in Somerset County following a dispute over a property sale. While Mostoller claims self-defense, alleging Johnson attacked him with a wrench, investigators found Johnson was shot eight times, with wounds to his back and torso. The trial, is set to begin today.
