The City of Altoona’s Annual Gospel Hill Flag Day Ceremony will be Sunday, June 14th from Noon to 2pm on Heritage Plaza, on 11th Avenue downtown.  Speakers will include Mayor Matt Pacifico, and music is by the Altoona Community Band
