ArtsAltoona will host a Plein-Air Painting Event and Wet Sale Friday, May 22nd through Sunday the 24th.  Outdoor paintings are to be created at any area of artists’ choosing, and the Sale of paintings will be Sunday from Noon to 4 at the ArtsAltoona Center.
