A 19-year-old Grampian man identified as Robert Hooven, is in custody facing over 40 felony charges, including statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors, after allegedly admitting to grooming and having sexual contact with two teenagers. Pennsylvania State Police initiated the investigation following multiple ChildLine tips regarding the suspect’s interactions with victims aged 14 and 15 on Snapchat. He is being held in the Clearfield County Prison on $100,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for May 27th.
