According to Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, an Altoona man who was charged in the death of woman in a DUI crash in 2019 has failed to show up to begin his prison sentence. Authorities are searching for 44-year-old Jamie Lykens, who was sentenced to serve 5-10 years in the death of 60-year-old Deborah Wilson in Taylor Township in Feb. 2019. A warrant has been issued for Lykens arrest and he is believed to be in either Blair or Centre County.
