Blair County coroner Patty Ross has identified the victim of Thursday night’s fatal hit-and-run crash along Pleasant Valley Blvd. Ross confirmed that the victim was 65-year-old James Jury, who authorities say was a homeless man. Investigators say that they hope by releasing his name that they can identify his next of kin. Anyone with information is asked to contact Logan Township Police.
