Three writers from Central PA will share “Scary Stories” in the sanctuary of ArtsAltoona Center 6 to 8pm Friday, October 29th.  Gabriel Welch, Camille-Yvette Welch and Tyrone’s Dave Bonta will give readings, and, afterward, Camille-Yvette Welch will sign copies of her now book, “Groundscratchers.” The event is free.  The ArtsAltoona Center is at 2212 6th Avenue
