State police in Centre County have charged a Port Matilda man with driving under the influence after troopers say he crashed into the borough building Tuesday night. Troopers say Will Bracken, 32, crashed into the building, located along South High Street, just before 11 p.m. Tuesday while an active borough meeting was taking place. Police say Bracken was arrested and charged with DUI. No injuries were reported in the crash and the investigation is ongoing.
