A report by WTAJ indicates that police were went to an apartment on Fairway Drive on Sunday, and found several people living in what was described as wall to wall garbage. Officers also found an 8 month old child living in the horrible conditions. Taken into custody were 19 year old Carly Steele and 18 year old Dominic Socie, both were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police said that apartment had only 1 walkway, which was surrounded by garbage, with the apartment smelling of cat urine and many open food containers with rotten food. Steele and Socie are free on bail.
