A report by WTAJ indicates that police arrested 74 year old Celestia Barker of Williamsburg for threatening a Hollidaysburg Police officer with witchery after her grandson was arrested for marijuana possession. According to the report, Barker allegedly made the threats against the officer if the charges against her grandson were not dropped. Barker is also accused of calling the 911 center to make the threats against the same officer. She apparently left voice messages at the Hollidaysburg police dept making the same threats. State police are investigating. Baker is charged with threatening to harm a public official.
