WTAJ reports that police arrested Allen Poorman of Altoona on March 21st after they arrived at a residence on Braim Lane in Frankstown Twp to arrest another man on a felony warrant. Poorman was there to illegally sell three handguns, according to the report. Both men tried to run after officers arrived. Poorman and the wanted man were both taken into custody. Police also arrested a woman at the scene for her alleged involvement with drugs. Police found the three handguns that Poorman was going to sell. He is facing a long list of charges including firearms violations, aggravated assault, indecent assault and forgery stemming from other cases.
