Dr. Mehmet Oz, candidate for U.S. Senate in Pa stopped by the festival to help make and distribute pancakes to potential voters and also talked to residents about their concerns with the upcoming election and what is going on in the nation. Dr. Oz said that many of the folks he talked to said they are alarmed and concerned about what the high price at the gas pumps is doing to the economy and to their budgets and also about the record inflation we are experiencing. Oz simply stated that if Pa can get back it’s natural gas industry, it would help ease energy prices across the board and will help make the USA energy independent again.
