The Blair County Historical Society will host a program on the Altoona-Tipton wooden track Speedway, presented by Mike Holleran 7pm Wednesday May 18th at the Railroaders Memorial Museum, 1200 9th Avenue in  Altoona. Admission is free, but donations are accepted
