WTAJ reported that police arrested 25 year old Tracy Bey and charged him with making threats to shoot another man in the parking lot of the Sheetz store on Chestnut Avenue on Tuesday. The reports says that bey and the man were arguing when bey told the second person he wanted to shoot him. The victim told police he began to drive away in his car, when bey chased him with his automobile. Police caught up with bey in the area of 16th Ave and 13th Street and arrested him. Bey was driving with a suspended license. He is in the Blair County jail on $75,000 bail.
