Philadelphia's Artese N Toad will present a concert of Railroad Songs & History Celebration 7pm Saturday, March 26th at the ArtsAltoona Center 2212 Sixth Avenue.  Don Osborn and Bill Hunter /Triple Threat will open the show, followed by a couple songs from the Altoona Horseshoe Chorus, followed by the main act.
