The Pennsylvania State Constitution text:
"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
The Blair County and Municipalities Referendum wording:
SECOND AMENDMENT SANCTUARY BLAIR COUNTY - SHALL THE COUNTY OF BLAIR ENTER INTO A MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT WITH ANY OTHER BLAIR COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES PASSING A SIMILAR REFERENDUM TO DECLARE A SECOND AMENDMENT SANCTUARY, IN WHICH NO TAXPAYER RESOURCES SHALL BE USED TO ENFORCE ANY LEGISLATION PASSED AFTER NOVEMBER 2, 2021, THAT WOULD INFRINGE UPON AN ELIGIBLE CITIZEN'S RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS?
