First English Lutheran Church will have a 10,000 Villages Holiday Craft Fair Saturday, December 4th from 10am to 2pm and Sunday the 5th from Noon until 2.  The Altoona Brass Collective will be joining their Sunday morning at 10:15 for their Hanging of the Greens Service.  The church is at 17 West 13th Street in Tyrone
