The 27th Annual Altoona International Jewish Film Festival presents the drama/comedy “Running On Sand,” An Eritrean refugee is about to be deported from Israel when he’s mistaken for a new soccer player. It’s Thursday, March 5th, 7pm at the Devorris Downtown Center, 1431 12th Avenue.
