ArtsAltoona will host a Little Picasso Youth Art Gallery 6 to 8pm Tuesday. November 15th at the ArtsAltoona Center, 2212 6th Avenue. Admission is $5 for adults, Free for all kids.  It’s an opportunity for children aged preschool to high school to display and sell their works.  Artwork can be submitted  through November 10th.
