ArtsAltoona will host Make Music Winter Tuesday, December 21st from 3:30 to 5pm.  It’s a free, participatory event to join together and make music.  It’s downstairs in the Blank Canvas Room of the ArtsAltoona Center, 2212 6th Avenue in Altoona. There’ll be a Mutant Toy Parade, and performances by Boomwhacker Band and David Lamb. Free Blues harmonicas for all who attend
