The Bellwood-Antis Library will host Sip & Snacks In The Stacks, Saturday, January 31st from 7 to 10pm.  There’ll be appetizers and wine from local wineries, live music, and an art show.  You must be 21 or over. Tickets are $25, available at the library or at the door
