The Blair County African American Heritage Festival is Saturday & Sunday, August 16th & 17th, Noon to 8 both days, on Heritage Plaza in downtown Altoona.  There’ll be food trucks and other vendors, live music and a Kids Corner.  The event is free.  For information, Follow the Blair County African American Heritage Festival Facebook page
