The Blair County War Veterans Council’s Veterans Day Parade will be Tuesday, November 11th in downtown Altoona. All Veterans are invited to be in the parade, as well as non-veteran groups. Line up is 10am at Stephens Funeral Home on 8th Avenue, and it steps off at 10:30.
