The Blair Creators Festival will be on Heritage Plaza and parts of 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona Noon to 8 Saturday, April 29th.  There’ll be live music, multiple local creators, food trucks, craft beverages, and activities for kids and adults. Admission is free
