The 5th Annual Blair Creators Festival will be Saturday, April 26th from 11am to 7pm on Heritage Plaza in downtown Altoona.  There’ll be 70 + vendors and artists, live music throughout the day, including Ethan Eckenrode, Toy, Jaded Lips, Sweet Desire, Felix & The Hurricanes, Dom Frucella, Search Party, Sweet Desire and Stephanie & The Wildhearts.  There’ll be food trucks and activities for all ages. It’s sponsored by ArtsAltoona & The Sheetz Fellows and proceeds benefit the ArtsAltoona Center
