The Booker T. Washington Park Block Party will be Sunday, August 21st from Noon to 3pm.  There’ll be free hot dogs, a bubble station, kids activities and crafts, 3-on-3 basketball, an open mic stage and art gallery.  The park is at 1304 19th Street in Altoona.  For information, call 814-201-7231
