ArtsAltoona will host a Celebration of the Life of Altoona Artist Joe Servello, Monday, December 8th, 7pm at the ArtsAltoona Center, 2212 6th Avenue.  The evening will include stories, memories, and a screening of the documentary “Not Your Average Joe”
