The Central PA Council of Republican Women will host a presentation  with the Blair County Human Anti-trafficking Response Team 6pm Tuesday, January 24th at the Altoona Grand Hotel ballroom. They’ll be discussing the basics of human trafficking & shedding light specifically on the tactics being used by traffickers in Blair County & surrounding areas. Following the presentation will be the opportunity for a Q&A session with the speakers. This is a FREE event.  All are welcome
