The Central PA Council of Republican Women will host Judge Elizabeth Doyle, Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, Wednesday, March 20th, 6pm at the Altoona Grand Hotel Ballroom, addressing the Role of Courts in Elections.  Admission is free; food will be available for purchase at the event
