The City of Altoona 2024 Dog License sale starts January 2nd.  They’re available at City Hall’s Finance Department, Suite 104 weekdays 8:30 to 4; Fiore True Value Hardware, 5514 6th Avenue, and the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 East Pleasant Valley Blvd.  Lifetime Licenses are available at City Hall ONLY.  For information, call 814-949-2416
