****The City of Altoona & Logan Twp. have moved Trick or Treat Night to FRIDAY, 6 to 8pm**** Tyrone is Saturday  6 to 8pm – Blair County’s official Trick or Treat night is Thursday, October 30th from 6 to 8pm.  Motorists are reminded to use extreme caution while Trick-or-Treaters are out, and are reminded to NEVER wear a mask while driving.
