The Descendants of The Civil War Veterans will meet 7pm Wednesday, September 28th of September at 7:00pm, Bellwood Public Library. There will be an explanation how the annual picnic began, a small display of photos from memorials donated,  and a presentation of how the Harpers Ferry tourism has changed in the past forty years
