The State College Municipal Band FREE Cookies & Carols Concert is Sunday, December 21st, 3pm at Mount Nittany Middle School.  There’ll be a Cookies and Treats Reception after the concert as a Thank You for those attending.  It’s at 656 Brandywine Drive in State College
