Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 400 will meet at 7:30 Tuesday evening, March 21st in the Conference Room of the Main Terminal at the Blair County Airport in Martinsburg.  It’ll include a presentation on Aviation Weather by Chalres Ross of the National Weather Service in State College.  New members are always welcome.  For more information, email ctbecker@aol.com
