Emmanuel Heilman Lutheran Church is hosting an Earth Day Open House Celebration on Saturday, April 20th from 10am to 4pm.  Rain or shine, Crooked Creek Outdoor Discovery Center will have a presentation on owls and opossums from 10 to noon.  Master Naturalists will be there.  The Armstrong Conservation District’s Mobile Environmental Display (Med Lab) will be there all day.  There will also be raffles, 50/50, basket raffles, face painting and rock painting for kids.  Also food trucks and bake sale.  The Recycling Trailer will also be there for your recyclables.  Due to limited parking area, carpooling is encouraged.  The church is located at 854 Garrett’s Run Road in Ford City.
