The Ford City Public Library is hosting its Cheers to 80 Years event on Sunday, August 17th from 2 to 5pm.   Come celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the library’s establishment. The event will feature live music by pianist Dmitri Koval, guest speakers, silent auction and basket raffle, upscale hors d’oeuvres, and refreshments including one complimentary alcoholic beverage per ticket followed by a cash bar.  Tickets are limited and priced at $80 per person or $150 per couple.  Tickets are still available online at armstronglibraries.org/fcpl80,  or in person at the library, 1136 4th Ave in Ford City.  Community leaders, library patrons and supporters, and all members of the public are invited to attend!
