Healthy County Blair County will host “Youth Connection Summit 2,” Thursday, November 4th at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona. Continental Breakfast is 7:45 to 8:15; the Conference is 8:15 to 12:15.  Topics include reducing childhood poverty. If you’re involved with Blair County Youth, you’re invited.
