The 20th Annual HoopsFest 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will be Saturday, July 23rd in its new location, along 12th Avenue in downtown Altoona.  Cost is $25 per team and registration deadline is July 15th at hoopsfest.net.  Click the Volunteers link at the website to help out. There are 8 age categories for youth, plus adults.   Proceeds support Joshua House, Arrow Christian Academy and City Blessings food distributions
