The Intermunicipal Relations Committee is offering all Blair County residents up to 5 yards of FREE mulch per resident per day through the month of May. It must be picked up, there are no deliveries. Pickups are available at the Buckhorn Facility, 1860 Black Snake Road in Dysart 10am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; Saturday 9am to 3pm.
