The Juniata Civic Association’s Christmas Market and Soup Sampling is Sunday, December 7th from 10am to 3pm at the Pavillion, 206 West 12th Avenue in the Juniata section of Altoona. They’ll have a number of vendors, and a flight of 4 different soups for $8. Quarts are $10.  Admission is free
