The Altoona Police Department will have a National Night Out against crime 6 to 9 Tuesday August 3rd on Heritage Plaza, on 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona.  There’ll be a Police dunk tank, food vendors, bicycle giveaways (no purchase necessary) and music by Donny Burns & The Third Degree.  It’s free. You’re also asked to keep you porch light on 6 to 9 in solidarity with the event
